INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml HERBERRY GIN
- 15 ml lavender syrup
- 10 ml Martini Dry
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- Eggwhite
- Cherry or lavender sprig for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry or lavender sprig.
