GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

• 50 ml HERBERRY GIN
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 1 egg white (optional)
• 30 ml soda water
• Lemon wheel or mint sprig for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white without ice. Add ice and shake again, then strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel or mint sprig.
