ELDERBERRY FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

• 40 ml HERBERRY GIN
• 15 ml elderflower syrup
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 90 ml sparkling wine
• Elderflowers or lime slice for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake gin, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Pour into a wine glass, top up with sparkling wine or soda. Garnish with elderflowers or a lime slice.
