TATRAN MULLED WINE
Ingredients:
- 35 ml HERBERRY GIN
- 30 ml Sour cherry puree
- 10 ml Cinnamon & Turmeric Syrup
- 80 ml Mulled Red Wine
- 2 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Orange slice
Procedure:
Mix everything together in a kettle and heat to 70 degrees Celsius on the stove or use a coffee maker nozzle. Pour into a ceramic or heat-resistant cup and garnish with an orange.
