TATRAN MULLED WINE

Ingredients:

  • 35 ml HERBERRY GIN
  • 30 ml Sour cherry puree
  • 10 ml Cinnamon & Turmeric Syrup
  • 80 ml Mulled Red Wine
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Orange slice

Procedure:

Mix everything together in a kettle and heat to 70 degrees Celsius on the stove or use a coffee maker nozzle. Pour into a ceramic or heat-resistant cup and garnish with an orange.
