BERRY BLUSH
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml HERBERRY GIN
- 15 ml raspberry syrup
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Fresh raspberries or lemon twist for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white (if using) without ice. Add ice, shake again, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lemon twist.
