HERBERRY SPARKLER
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml HERBERRY GIN
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 90 ml Champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
