EARL OF HERBERRY
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml HERBERRY GIN
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Earl Grey tea syrup (1 part tea, 1 part sugar)
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Lemon peel or edible flower for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake gin, lemon juice, tea syrup, and egg white (if using) without ice. Add ice, shake again, and strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or edible flower.
