HONEYDEW

INGREDIENTS

• 40 ml HERBERRY GIN
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml honey
• 1 egg white (optional)
• Soda
• Cucumber or honeydew sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake gin, lemon juice, honey and egg white in a shaker without ice, add ice, pour into a glass, top up with soda and garnish with cucumber or lemonade.
